Thurow’s Mobile Marine Repair will contact you once application is received to continue the contract process
Contract Terms & Conditions
Item placement, positioning and moving is at the discretion of Thurow’s
Item will not touch other items, walls or fencing
Access around item will be limited due to positioning of other stored items
Storage is due in full upon receipt of Invoice
A 1.5% service charge applies to any unpaid storage balances plus $25.00 Account Fee
All service and storage invoices must be paid prior to removal of the item
Item requiring removal after placement in storage may be assessed additional charges for labor
Items may be moved at Thurow’s discretion to accommodate the removal process
There are no refunds of any kind (including deposits) due to the sale of any stored item
Haul out and re-launch require notice, customer need not be present
Scheduled launches or moves cannot be guaranteed due to weather conditions
No food or beverages are to be left on any boat or item
Thurow must have a key or lock combination for item access and operation
Customers are responsible for having their item properly insured while at the Thurow facility
Customers are responsible for stowing all their gear, equipment and personal property
Thurow is not responsible for missing equipment or damage to customers property
Thurow does not carry insurance on customers vessel or property or items, storage is accepted at the sole risk of the customer, and the customer releases Thurow from any claims of loss or damage and hold Thurow harmless regarding any claims of loss or damage
No mechanical work shall be conducted on any item while in storage
Admittance to the facility is only during business hours and only after check in at office
No heaters of any kind are to be used in, on or near any item, at any time, on land or in water
The laws in the State of Wisconsin shall apply in interpreting this agreement
All conditions of this agreement are binding upon the respective parties, their successors and assigns
As permitted in WI Statute §779.43 Thurow is given a lien upon any boat or stored item and its contents for any and all unpaid charges and may satisfy this lien as permitted in WI Statutes if the customer defaults or fails to pay charges due for storage or service after the termination for this agreement
Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be venued in the Circuit Court of Waukesha County, Wisconsin
If any part of this agreement is found invalid the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force
